This model has the capability of automatically finishing filling and sprinkling powder, saving a significant amount of human repeated operation steps.

The scone stuffing machine has a hopper with a sealing system to prevent oil leaking from high-oil dishes and does not leak. The spiral pitch uses a variable pitch push mechanism, and the front pitch shrinks, protecting the product's raw materials and reducing stuffing wear. In addition, the model has an independently controlled third-level stuffing system with an independent motor and inverter that is enabled on the touch screen while in use and turned off when not in use. This design allows the machine to preserve energy and operate efficiently during off-peak hours.

To assure product quality and extend the life of the equipment, the ecrusting machine employs a paddle and guide ring made of mold steel, which is more robust than conventional stainless steel. The machine also has a Taiwan Delta brand electrical inverter, a touch screen, and a PLC to assure stability and ease of operation.
