PAPA Mars Crunch Nougat Bar Making Machine is a full-automatic integrated production line specially designed for mass production of crunch nut nougat bars, Mars-style candy bars, peanut toffee, multi-grain cereal bars and nut energy bars.
The whole line covers full processing flow: sugar melting, vacuum boiling, aeration mixing, constant temperature storage, forming, cooling, longitudinal slitting and transverse cutting. Adopting PLC intelligent programming and servo drive system, the Mars crunch nougat bar machine runs stably with uniform candy weight and size, greatly reducing manual operation and production loss.
We provide two standard models: PM400 and PM600, to match small, medium and large confectionery factories with different hourly output requirements.
