Key Steps in Operating the Protein Ball Machine for Quality Output
Upon receiving the Protein Ball Machine, operators must first check that the machine's voltage is compatible with the factory's voltage. This preliminary check is essential to prevent any electrical issues that could disrupt production or damage the machine. After confirming compatibility, power up the machine and turn it on to begin the operational process.
Start by adjusting the extruder to ensure the weight of the extruded product matches the intended weight of the protein balls. This step lays the foundation for consistent product quality. Should the extruded product have a trailing "tail," it's a sign that the belt speed needs adjustment. By fine-tuning the belt speed to match the product's movement, the tailing issue can be effectively addressed.
The dough from the extruder is then transferred to the rounding machine. If the resulting product is oval, reduce the size of the extruded product. If the product lacks proper roundness, increase the size of the extruded ball. Once the product is formed correctly, the machine speed can be adjusted based on production requirements. Remember, during the initial setup, keeping the machine speed low helps in maintaining control and ensuring accurate adjustments.
