The working principle of automatic stuffing machine mainly includes the following steps:
Noodle bucket and stuffing bucket: put the kneaded dough into the dough bucket, and put the mixed stuffing into the stuffing bucket.
Conveying and forming: the machine conveys the dough from the dough bucket to the forming die through the screw propeller, and the stuffing is pushed into the dough tube through the bipolar variable vane pump. After the forming die is rolled and formed, the stuffing dough column is formed.
Pinching and forming: the dough column with stuffing is pinched into a product with uniform wrinkles through the pinching and forming mechanism, and is cut and divided by the forming block to form a beautiful product.
Output: the formed product is sent out through the conveyor belt to complete the whole stuffing process.
