Machine Highlights: Papa P190 Encrusting machine 

Three-material hopper system – Two standard hoppers handle dough and filling, while the third hopper is specially designed for granular or chunky fillings, such as chia seeds, crushed nuts, or vegetable granules.

Extended capacity & power – With a 95 mm extended hopper, a reinforced 30 mm screw shaft, and sealed pressure-wheel assembly, the P190 easily handles hard-to-process mixtures like leek paste or multi‑nut fillings.

Large output & flexibility – Capable of producing products up to 1.5 kg in weight, at production speeds of 60–120 pieces/minute, depending on size and complexity.

Hygienic & easy to maintain – Full stainless-steel contact surfaces, enclosed gearbox, quick-release filling tubes and cutter disc, all designed for swift disassembly and cleaning.

Advanced control system – Equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen, dual-motor cutter control, and optional Y‑device for tough fillings like salted egg yolk or meat floss.
