Two-Tone Fish Ball Machine Tested Successfully for Vietnamese Customer
Our latest test run of the Two-Tone Fish Ball Making Machine was successfully completed this week for a customer from Vietnam. The machine, designed for producing dual-color fish balls - known locally as Bola Ikan Dua Warna or Shuangse Yuwan - performed reliably and met the expected product quality standards.
This model supports the efficient production of two-tone fish balls, combining two different colors or flavors into a single unit. In addition to two-color fish balls, the equipment is also capable of making a wide variety of filled or stuffed products. Customers can use different materials such as fish paste, meat, or cheese as inner fillings, allowing for more diverse product lines.
The test run included trials using various textures and filling types to simulate real production scenarios. The machine showed good consistency in shape, color separation, and filling centering. It is built with a compact footprint and user-friendly controls, suitable for both small and medium-sized food processing businesses.
This machine is expected to be shipped to the customer in Vietnam after final inspection and packaging. We look forward to seeing their local market introduce new, visually appealing seafood products made with this equipment.
