The working principle of protein bar machine mainly includes raw material processing, extrusion molding, cooling, cutting and coating steps. First, raw materials such as soy protein, sweeteners, pigments and fruit flavors are mixed in a certain proportion, and an appropriate amount of water is added to stir and mix to form a uniform basic mixture. Then, the mixture is sent to the extruder for extrusion molding, which is the core process step of the protein bar machine. The formed protein bar needs to be solidified through a cooling tunnel to ensure that the syrup and other substances inside are completely solidified and provide sufficient firmness. The cooled protein bar is then cut into neat rectangular strips by a cutting device. Finally, the cut protein bar passes through the coating equipment, and the surface is covered with a layer of chocolate or other coating to form the final product.
