The regular P160 Automatic Encrusting Machine serves as the foundation for the enhanced P180 Automatic Mochi Ice Cream Machine. An automatic tray arranger that can simultaneously perform powder sprinkling, product placement and collection, and tray conveyance is a feature of the P180 Automatic Mochi Encrusting and Aligning Machine.
Two flat feeding hoppers are standard on the P180 Mochi Ice Cream Encrusting and Forming Machine; one is for mochi dough, while the other is for ice cream, cream, jam, and so on. To create double-filling or double-color-filled items, it may also be modified to three hoppers with an additional flat feeding hopper on top.
For creating mochi and mochi ice cream, customers have the choice of selecting the P180 Automatic Encrusting and Aligning Machine or the P160 Automatic Encrusting Machine. The sole distinction is that the P160 Mochi encrusting machine lacks an auto tray aligning mechanism, but the P180 Mochi encrusting and aligning machine has. With its ability to link to other auxiliary equipment in a full production line, the P160 Mochi encrusting machine is more versatile for food preparation. For instance, it can be connected to the ball roller in the energy ball production line, the powder coating machine in the glutinous rice ball production line, the mooncake stamping machine in the mooncake production line, or the chocolate enrobing machine in the chocolate production line.
