Newly Added Protective Cover for Enhanced Hygiene & Temperature Stability: The upgraded integrated protective cover forms a closed processing environment, preventing dust, debris, and other contaminants from entering the production area, fully complying with food hygiene standards (FDA, CE). Meanwhile, the cover acts as an insulation layer, avoiding rapid solidification of chocolate on the enrobing steel belt. This ensures the chocolate maintains optimal fluidity during the enrobing process, reducing product defects caused by premature solidification and improving the smoothness of the final coating.
Optimized Enrobing System with Larger & More Uniform Chocolate Waterfall: We have upgraded the enrobing section to create a larger chocolate waterfall. The redesigned flow channel and precision flow control valve ensure the chocolate waterfall is more stable and uniform. This improvement enables the chocolate to cover the surface of the product (such as biscuits, nuts, fruits, pastries) more evenly, eliminating uneven coating, thin spots, or thick clumps. Whether it's full-surface coating or bottom-only coating, the machine delivers consistent, high-quality results.
Efficient Chocolate Tempering Function: Equipped with an advanced tempering system, the machine precisely controls the chocolate temperature (30-32℃ for dark chocolate, 27-29℃ for milk/white chocolate) to ensure the tempered chocolate has a glossy surface, crisp texture, and long shelf life.
Compact Design & Flexible Operation: With a small footprint, the line can be easily placed in limited workshop spaces. The intuitive control panel allows one-click setting of tempering temperature, enrobing speed, and coating thickness, making operation simple even for new users. It can be used independently or matched with other small food processing equipment.
