The main function of protein bar machine is to produce protein bars, which includes the following steps:
Stirring: Put the required raw materials into the stirring equipment, and after sufficient mixing, send them into the extrusion equipment through the discharge port.
Extrusion: The filling is initially extruded by the pressing roller, then flattened by the flattening roller, and finally squeezed and compacted by the compactor to ensure that the thickness and width of the filling strip are consistent.
Cooling: The extruded filling strip is cooled and solidified in a low temperature environment to ensure that syrup and other substances are evenly and tightly bonded together.
Cutting: The cooled filling strip is cut into neat rectangular strips. The size of the protein bar can be controlled by adjusting the vertical cutting knife spacing and the horizontal cutting knife chopping frequency.
Coating: The cut protein bar is coated with melted chocolate to form a layer of chocolate shell.
Material sorting: Overweight or underweight protein bars are eliminated through automatic weighing equipment to ensure product consistency.
