The formation process of the protein bar machine mainly includes the following steps and equipment:
Mixing: Put the raw materials required for the protein bar into the mixing equipment. After sufficient mixing, the filling is sent to the extrusion equipment through the discharge port.
Extrusion: The filling enters the pressing roller for preliminary extrusion to reduce the gap between the particles, and is flattened by the flattening roller to reduce the surface pit marks. Finally, it is squeezed and compacted by the compactor to ensure that the thickness and width of the filling belt are consistent.
Cooling: After passing through the cooling tunnel, the syrup quickly cools and solidifies in a low temperature environment to ensure that the filling belt is evenly and tightly bonded together.
Cutting: The cooled filling belt is cut into neat strips. Adjusting the cutter spacing and chopping frequency can control the size and weight error of the protein bar.
Coating: The cut protein bars are coated with melted chocolate to form a layer of chocolate shell.
Material sorting: Protein bars with overweight or too small a gram weight are eliminated through automatic weighing equipment to ensure product consistency.
Packaging: Finally, place the protein bar into the packaging film, and automatically seal and cut to complete the final packaging.
